I am post-graduate research student at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies, Swinbure University of Technology; doing Master of Science (by Research), under the supervision of Dr. Lars Grunske and Dr. Alan Colman.

I have 4 years of professional experience in I.T. & Software Development. I always wanted to enter in the field where Technology & Information merge. During my under graduation, I worked for a private firm Al-Noor Enterprises as an IT-Coordinator for about 2 years.

Before starting research, I was working at Teledata Pakistan Corp. (Pvt) Ltd. for more than 2 years. Atlast entered in the field where Technology & Information really merged. My work was to design and develop Call Center solutions including Interactive Voice Response(IVR), Computer Telephony Interface(CTI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications for multi-national companies. Gained experience & ability to communicate with higher officials & technical staff. Meetings, technical discussions, queries & technical support made me very strong in my field of interest.
